Later in the seri es, the ra ngers are jo ined by T ommy, the o nce evil Green Ra nger designed for Rita&# 39;s evil, but later was deprogram med and spent two po rtions of the seri es briefly as the Green Ranger. Over time, some ra ngers had to pass their po wers to others as well. Act ion scenes and scenes with R ita were edited from footage based on J apanese action sagas.
