The s eason revolved mainly aro und the Au tobots in the after math of Me gatron& ;#39;s re turn, trying to restore the city a nd their ima ge. Meanwhile, Megatr on, Lugn ut, and Blitzw ing have cap tured Prof. S umdac in order to b uild a Space B ridge, hoping to use it to conq uer a weake ned Cybertron from wit hin. A sub-plot also f ocuses on Sari as she sea rches for h er fathe r, while learnin g that ther e is no record of her ex istence of any mea ns.
